"Every child here is loved like one of my own."

Meet Madhu

Care that feels like family.

I'm Madhu, and for over a decade I've welcomed Dublin's little ones into my home as if they were my own. What started as a passion for early childhood education has grown into a small, joyful community of families who trust me with their most precious people.

My approach blends a structured, research-based curriculum with the warmth of a real home. Children follow a consistent rhythm — arrival, circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, healthy meals, naps, art and music — that helps them feel safe and confident. And because the group is small, every child gets noticed, comforted, and celebrated, every single day.

Real learning, through play.

Every day, your child engages with thoughtfully designed activities across four learning pillars — building skills they'll carry into kindergarten and beyond.

Literacy

Story time, letter games, rhyming songs, and circle-time conversations that nurture a lifelong love of language.

Creative

Painting, drawing, sensory bins, dramatic play, and open-ended art that lets imagination lead the way.

Cognitive

Math games, sorting, puzzles, building, and problem-solving challenges tuned to each child's stage.

Music & Movement

Songs, dance, instrument play, and gross-motor activities that build coordination, rhythm, and joy.

Learning stations & daily activities

Children rotate through a variety of stations and activities throughout the day — each one designed to spark curiosity, build skills, and bring out the best in your little learner.

Why families choose us

More than daycare — a second home.

Choosing where your child spends their day is one of the biggest decisions a parent makes. Here's what sets our home apart.

01

Small group, big attention

A low caregiver-to-child ratio means every child is genuinely seen, comforted, and celebrated — not just supervised.

02

Real curriculum, real play

Structured Experience Curriculum activities every day — literacy, art, music, and cognitive games — woven into joyful play.

03

Home-cooked meals

Fresh breakfast, lunch, and snacks made in our kitchen — never reheated, never processed.

04

A real home

Children spend their day in a warm family home with backyard play space — not a fluorescent-lit classroom.

05

Daily updates

Photos, meal logs, nap times, and milestones sent through Brightwheel — so you never miss a moment.

06

A decade of trust

Over ten years caring for Dublin families. Many of our children stay until they start kindergarten — and visit afterward.

My daughter loves going to this daycare. We started when she was 14 months and it's been over a year now. They have a structured routine, learning and play, and many creative activities. The meals are delicious and nutritious — we never have to stress about it. We highly recommend this place.

  • We welcome children from 6 weeks through 5 years old. Care is age-appropriate at every stage — newborn infants get gentle one-on-one care, toddlers get structured play, and preschoolers get kindergarten readiness through the Experience Curriculum.
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. We're closed on major federal holidays and take a short break around the winter holidays — you'll get the annual schedule when you enroll.
  • Yes — breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included. Everything is cooked fresh in our kitchen, never reheated or processed. We accommodate common allergies and dietary preferences (vegetarian, dairy-free, etc.) — just let us know.
  • We follow the Experience Curriculum, a research-based early childhood program built around four learning pillars — literacy, creative, cognitive, and music & movement. Each day includes circle time, themed activities, art, books, outdoor play, and structured routines — all delivered through play.
  • We keep the group small on purpose. Our typical ratio is 1:3 for infants and 1:4 for toddlers and preschoolers — well below state requirements. This means every child gets noticed, comforted, and celebrated.
  • Yes. We're licensed by the California Department of Social Services as a small family child care home. We're also CPR and First Aid certified, background-checked, and have ongoing training in early childhood education.
  • We use Brightwheel — a daycare app trusted by parents and providers. You'll get photos, meal updates, nap logs, milestones, and reminders throughout the day. We also do quick check-ins at pickup and longer parent conversations whenever you need them.
  • Spots open up at different times depending on age group and family schedules. Please reach out — I'll let you know what's available now and add your child to the waitlist if needed. It's never a long wait.
  • To protect everyone, we ask that children stay home with fever, vomiting, or anything contagious until they've been symptom-free for 24 hours. We'll send you home if symptoms develop during the day. Routine sniffles and minor things are fine.
  • The easiest way is to call (925) 491-5872 or email mylittledreamerscare@gmail.com. Tours usually happen during nap time or early evening so I can give you my full attention. Bring your little one if you'd like — it's a great way to see how they take to the space.
